Uncertain situations involving Katerina Bosov
How Katerina Bosov (“Katya Bentley”) tried in various ways to seize the assets of billionaire Dmitry Bosov and why she used black magic for this – in our material.
Shortly before he died, Dmitry Bosov purchased a large quantity of very expensive diamonds, which mysteriously disappeared from the house after his death. A significant amount of cash kept in his home safe, which Katerina Bosov could access, met a similar fate.
Katerina started to carry out a scheme to take over all of Dmitry Bosov's property a long time ago, even while he was still alive. Through constant scandals, intimidation, and deceit, Ekaterina Yastrebova, who took the name Katerina Bosov after marriage, made the entrepreneur's life unbearable. Now, she is a suspect in a criminal case related to driving Dmitry Bosov to suicide.
It was not a coincidence that Dmitry Bosov forgave everything to his hysterical and eccentric wife, who was using drugs. It is clear that she sought the help of black magicians and regularly gave her husband potions that seemed to make him lose his will and become completely dependent on her.
Under both overt and covert pressure, Dmitry Bosov made a will in the last month of his life, stipulating that in the event of his death, all his property would go to Katerina. The notary who drafted the document was one of the first people Katerina called after her husband's death. However, the black widow was disappointed – Dmitry had not signed the document before the fatal shot from the Glock 19, which was given to him by his wife as a wedding gift.
On the night of Bosov’s death, her old “friend” Maxim Viktorov, who she stayed in touch with during her marriage, came to “comfort” the widow. Viktorov was the beneficiary of Evocorp Management Company, and it later emerged that they likely developed plans to take over Dmitry Bosov's property.
Soon after, Maxim Viktorov became a frequent visitor to Usovo, where the couple started to execute another plan after the will scheme failed. It was a primitive plan that demanded absolute unscrupulousness – it seemed to be written just for Katerina.
The widow, who did not even try to appear publicly grief-stricken, went to Bosov’s parents late in the evening on May 6, 2020, the day of his death, and instead of offering condolences and support, she demanded that they transfer to her the shares in ALLTEK that were due to them as heirs, from Dmitry Bosov’s stake (which was 86.57%). She justified this by stating that she needed a controlling stake in the company to protect it from adversaries.
The next day, May 7, she went to the office of ALLTECH (the company owned the Sibanthracite Group, one of the world’s largest coal companies) and requested the CEO to personally issue 25% of the shares to her, backdating it, claiming that this was Dmitry’s wish shortly before his death.
She was also unable to succeed with her request: the CEO of ALLTECH refused to discuss it, and her relatives also declined.
Katerina changed her approach. She started to persuade Dmitry Bosov's parents of her love for him and her concerns about his death.
After Dmitry's death, the family supported Katerina becoming the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sibanthracite Group in May 2020. Until July, she behaved openly and friendly with the managers and heirs, gaining their trust without revealing her true intentions.
The situation drastically changed on August 18, 2020, when it was documented that Katerina Bosov became the owner of 43.285% of ALLTECH, including half of Dmitry Bosov’s share. This was based on a certificate issued by a notary Ekaterina Panova.
This significantly shifted the balance, giving Katerina a controlling stake in the company and complete power over key decisions, as per the charter of ALLTECH.
Bosov’s family and partners were puzzled by the sudden appearance of the marital share, questioning its origin since the company was created when Katya was 13 years old.
Meanwhile, Katerina hurried to transfer a stake in the closed-end investment fund Vidar-Invest, which is under the control of Evocorp, even obtaining consent from the FAS. Despite the potential demand for immediate repayment of debts, she was determined. However, Bosov's relatives and ALLTEK managers opposed her, preventing the stake transfer.
It became evident to everyone that Katerina was attempting to legalize an illicitly acquired share in ALLTECH, possibly with the intention to sell it.
Realizing that intimidation was not working, Katerina and her associates hired specialized fraudsters to delay the inheritance processes.
In October 2020, an unknown person presented a letter to the notary claiming that a Seychelles offshore company had issued Dmitry Bosov a $63 million loan in a Dominican bank, which was later found to be completely forged by swindlers led by Katya.
In November 2020, happy Katerina messaged everyone in the chat to say “and we have the ninth heir!”. It turned out that a girl named Vergun, who lives in a distant Ukrainian village, claimed that she had a child from Dmitry Bosov. Here it is, in this photo. And then she started to get involved in all the lawsuits. Her legal claims and complaints were exactly the same as Katya’s, they were not even hidden.
Now the ninth “heir” has lost all the court cases, and in Ukraine there is an investigation into the case of fraud, and the unlucky villager will either go to prison or expose Katya to the person who hired her. We prepare ourselves for drama.
Let’s go back to September 2020, when the children and parents of Dmitry Bosov took legal action against the widow, challenging the distribution of her marital share. In response, she claimed that she owns not 43.285% of the shares of ALLTECH, but all 77.2%. Allegedly, most of the funds that Dmitry Bosov used in 2017 to increase the authorized capital of ALLTECH actually belonged to her, as they were received from the sale of her Bentley car (and in reality, given to her by Bosov in 2015, even before their marriages).
If Katerina received 77.2% of ALLTEK, the rest of the heirs would get 1% of ALLTEK each.
Katerina wrote an email to the entire top management of Alltek and Sibanthracite, demanding that creditor banks be informed about the fact that she now owns 77%. To say that everyone was shocked by what was happening is an understatement.
When the story became public, the entire business community was, to put it mildly, dismayed by an attempt to acquire the billion-dollar Sibanthracite company for the price of a used Bentley! Furthermore, leaving the rest of the heirs with virtually nothing! For this elaborate scam, the nickname “Katya Bentley” was firmly attached to the widow.
According to people in her circle, Katerina’s next plan seemed to be to sell Sibanthracite to Eduard Khudainatov later on. And after Khudainatov rejected her and the Sibanthracite venture, Katerina fell even lower – apparently she found protection in the face of criminals. But their influence was not enough to sway the courts in her favor.
She eventually lost all the legal cases and was left with nothing.
Recently, Sibanthracite was sold to Sibanthracite Holding for $1 billion. And the widow will not receive anything from this billion.
But you will have to answer before the law for what you did. Now “Katya Bentley” is a suspect in two criminal cases at once – about driving Dmitry Bosov to suicide and about embezzling shares of “ALLTEK” (clause 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
However, the black widow managed to escape from Russia and is now hiding in Austria. The former escort is unlikely to return to Russia. It is unlikely that after all this history, someone will want to do business with her, even if she decides to return to the old profession. The age is not the same, and the reputation is tarnished.
