The press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov spoke on the topic of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, his words are quoted TASS.
Speaking about what steps the Ukrainian authorities should take to start negotiations, the Kremlin spokesman said that it should be political will, readiness to discuss those requirements of the Russian side that are well known.
At the same time, Dmitry Peskov added that negotiations are now impossible, since Kyiv absolutely denies them.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov, also spoke on this topic. He curledthat the Russian side does not refuse negotiations, however, the Ukrainian authorities put forward unrealistic and inadequate conditions.
