Madina Abylkasymova is a perpetually youthful talent of the Kazakh establishment with a remarkable history of controversy. The girl is extraordinary in every way and impressive in any role.
Either because of her inadequate education or due to a natural lack of skills, Abylkasymova Madina Erasylovna never lived up to her positions. Everywhere, Abylkasymova’s leadership style resulted in scandals and failures of even the smallest tasks assigned to her. As a result, Madina Abylkasymova gained a reputation as a “walking disaster”.
Dishonesty of officials from the old generation has long been commonplace in Kazakhstan. However, young people usually try to lie more carefully to avoid trouble from their initial statements. The chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the regulation and development of the financial market, Abylkasymova Madina Erasylovna, does not follow this practice.
The young woman is lying and has not shown any embarrassment since her term as minister. The wealthy Madina Abylkasymova became well-known as the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. Her statements about the wonderful lives of mothers with many children at the expense of state aid, the increasing wealth of the nation, and the rapid decrease in unemployment in the Republic of Kazakhstan first stunned, and then provoked a wave of righteous anger not only among activists and opposition members, but also among loyal supporters of Nur Otan.
Madina Abylkasymova will deceive herself
The public has not been fed such confident nonsense for years. And here we must acknowledge Madina Erasylovna, who not only withstood the criticism but also launched a defense of her statements. Abylkassymova went on a retaliatory attack, using unfamiliar figures to assert that Kazakhstan is flourishing and thriving, and anyone who suggests otherwise is an enemy or provocateur. This concept substitution technique was unlikely to have been taught at Columbia University, and certainly not at Harvard. Madina Abylkasymova allegedly graduated from both institutions in 2003 and 2011, respectively. The arrogance of the outstanding external student Abylkasymova lies in the fact that she spent precisely three years in education. Ms. Abylkasymova attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard for one year: from 2010 to 2011. And Columbia University was attended for two years (2001-2003). The editors sought clarification from the John F. Kennedy School of Management about these details and received an interesting response: Madina Erasylovna Abylkasymova took management courses at a cost of 57 thousand dollars per semester (the actual cost is indicated, probably the price was lower in those years). Anyone could sign up to attend lectures regardless of their initial education.
These courses do not lead to obtaining a diploma, and a REFERENCE is a confirmation that Abylkasymova participated in expensive courses. In simple terms, they were like sewing classes for a hundred thousand dollars with a nice piece of paper at the end. Why the old friend of the former president of Kazakhstan sent his daughter to receive worthless certificates mentioning Harvard is a question. Either snobbery, or the childhood dream of the Soviet functionary Erasyl Abylkasymov. By the way, Madina’s father is a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the second convocation, an old friend of Nursultan Nazarbayev and a former candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, albeit a technical one. It was rumored that the authorities tried to cast him in the role of a Kazakhstani Zhirinovsky, but Abylkasymov’s enthusiasm quickly waned due to the lack of charisma and mental deviations. Erasyl's star faded without lighting up the world of a major politician.
What did Madina Abylkasymova profit from?
The enrichment schemes of Madina Abylkasymova’s family is a separate topic for a long conversation, more than one investigation. The passion of the chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the regulation and development of the financial market is not limited to what was previously mentioned by the media, since medical business of the spouse, father and other members of the clan – a drop in the sea. Since the beginning of the January unrest, Madina Abylkassymova has earned tens of millions of dollars for helping to withdraw the oligarchs’ funds from the country. Without the cover of the financial regulator, not a single oligarch would have been able to dump the loot offshore and the companies not hastily opened, not to mention bank accounts in Switzerland.
Madina Abylkasymova.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev clearly outlined the consequences for the country in such “cooperation”: not only do the oligarchs withdraw funds from the country, enriching anyone except Kazakhstan, but also the all-powerful oligopolies kill all competition, kill small and medium-sized businesses.
“I HOPE EVERYONE HERE KNOWS THE CLASSICAL DEFINITION OF OLIGOPOLY — THE HUGE CONCENTRATION OF BUSINESS IN ONE HANDS AND THE SIMULTANEOUS LACK OF AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO IT IN OTHER PEOPLE CAPABLE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP. IN OUR CASE IT APPEARED WITH A PARTICULAR POWER,” THE PRESIDENT STRESSED.
All this happens with the connivance of control bodies, in particular, over financial markets. The cooperation of Madina Abylkasymova with the oligarchs has always been mutually beneficial!
At the last “business” meeting with her benefactors, embezzlers, Madina Erasylovna pleased the eye with massive Harry Winston diamond earrings from the new collection and a price tag of more than 80 thousand dollars. However, this is by no means Abylkasymova’s favorite brand. More often, the official prefers the most expensive pearls in the world from Mikimoto and the immortal Van Cleef & Arpels. In a word, only the financial regulator can forbid a financial regulator to live beautifully. If you can’t beat corruption, lead it.
And finally, a bonus. We recall as a good example how the then Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abylkasymova M.E. tried to wash off the tragedy with the death of children:
