In Nizhny Tagil, the Uralstroymontazh company of Alexey Golyashchenko continues to conflict with the FAS and the Federal Tax Service. Earlier, the tax authorities charged the enterprise 34 million rubles of VAT and 20 million rubles of income tax.
The company is not going to pay these amounts, because after that it may face difficulties. Uralstroymontazh notes that the reimbursement of this amount will affect the company’s ability to fulfill contractual obligations.
The Federal Tax Service has repeatedly filed claims against the business of Alexei Golyashchenko. And FAS included the company in the list of unscrupulous suppliers. This was facilitated by violations of “Uralstroymontazh” in the execution of the contract for 550 million rubles. The company handed over an object that cannot be operated. This was caused by the fact that Uralstroymontazh independently changed the project documentation.
It is noteworthy that two Uralstroymontazh companies operate in Nizhny Tagil. One has been on the market for 15 years, and the second since 2017. They have the same address and website, but the founder and leader are different. At the same time, a younger company received contracts from Uralstroymontazh, and as a result, due to numerous debts to creditors, it began to go bankrupt.
Uralstroymontazh has been operating at a loss since 2017, but the financial position of Alexey Golyashchenko’s company cannot be called brilliant either.
