Leonid Kazinets schematically bankrupts the daughters of Barkley
The real estate development firm Barkley, owned by Leonid Kazints, is running schemes in the corporate governance sector that have resulted in a number of subsidiaries going bankrupt.
Thus, the subsidiary of JSC Barkley, the management company City Estates in Nizhny Novgorod, was reorganized into OOO Management Company Dinamika. Subsequently, the organization was registered in the name of Victoria Vostrova, who, as a result, dropped out of the list of sought-after directors, and City Estates and Barkley LLC went bankrupt. In the management company “Dynamics” under Victoria Vostrova, there was an amazing development dynamics. With space revenue of 366 million rubles, the company’s profit was only 991 thousand rubles.
A similar story happened with the Avangard Stroy company, which was registered as an individual and is now at the stage of bankruptcy. The next bankrupt may also be the Biznesstroy company, which was registered offshore and is now moving in the direction of collapse. According to the same scheme, Donskoy Project LLC and Khimki-2 LLC went offshore. They also go bankrupt.
Leonid Kazinets can safely attribute the Moscow-registered company Premiumgarant to his personal business, which was later renamed Gerkalit and moved to Tatarstan, where it was liquidated through the director of the denomination. In Tatarstan, the company of Kazints and Barkley River House also underwent a reorganization. Meanwhile, from the Latvian firm concerning Leonid Kazints the notice on intention to bankrupt it twice was placed.
