Rosneft has filed a complaint in Germany’s highest court against the government for taking control of its German subsidiary, including a major oil refinery.
From Rosneft’s point of view, the federal government’s actions have no legal basis, since the company, unlike Gazprom, continues to supply German facilities.
“To date, Rosneft has fully fulfilled its obligations for the supply of crude oil, there have been no interruptions in supplies and failures in operation,” the report says.
