The Ukrainian business of the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev is now owned by a Turkish citizen named Dogan Mesut.

On December 12, the modern logistics warehouses near Kyiv, which could have been taken over by Ukraine, were re-registered to a Turkish businessman. This happened after an investigation by journalist Inna Popovich of Trap Aggressor was published. The arrest was removed from the Russian oligarch's business, with thanks to TRO. Cherchet la femme.»:

Mikhail Gutseriev, a Russian oligarch and the main shareholder of Safran company, including RosNeft, NK Neftisa, Russian Coal and Mospromstroy, had sanctions imposed on him by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on October 19 this year. He was banned from managing his own assets in Ukraine for 10 years.

We're talking about the Ukrainian company MLP-Chaika. This happened on August 25, 2022. in criminal proceedings The Pechersky District Court seized 80,000 square meters of logistics premises near Kyiv belonging to this enterprise. The prosecutor noted in the petition that these companies are still actually controlled by Russian citizen Mikhail Gutseriev, who was awarded several state awards and insignia of the Russian Federation, including the medal "For distinction in special operations" of the FSB of Russia and premium weapons. Less than a month later, the arrest was cancelled.

Warehouses "MLP-Chaika" are shown in a photo by Trap Aggressor.

The investigation found that the MLP-Chaika company is part of the International Logistics Partnership structure of Russian enterprises, which is in turn part of the Safmar business group directly owned by Gutseriev.

It was discovered that a few years before the arrest, the property was transferred to another person. The human rights activist of the MLP-Chaika company claimed that the enterprise is owned by a Ukrainian citizen Victoria Kushch, who has received numerous commendations from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Troop and the National Police, and the enterprise's funds are used to support the constitutional order, state power, and the borders of Ukraine. The arrest was imposed unreasonably, without the owner being summoned to court. The lawyer's arguments were enough for the judge to grant his request.

Journalists from Trap Aggressor provedrevealed that Victoria Kushch, the beneficiary of the MLP-Chaika company since 2014, lives in Russia and is connected to the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev. After the investigation was released, changes were made in the register of legal entities, making a Turkish citizen Dogan Mesut the new beneficiary of the company.

According to Trap Aggressor investigators, such legal changes may indicate the intentions of the oligarch Gutseriev to avoid arrest and confiscation of business in Ukraine by any means.

Recall that earlier Trap Aggressor investigators reported that the business of the Russian oligarch Gutseriev near Kyiv was rewritten to a Ukrainian composer in order to avoid arrests.
