The SBU conducted 11 searches in Kyiv at companies associated with Viktor Medvedchuk’s wife Oksana Marchenko. And also in the homes of their directors and co-owners.

Medvedchuk’s wife herself, who is presumably in Russia, was declared suspected under Article 110-2 (financing of actions violating the territorial integrity of Ukraine or aimed at forcibly changing the constitutional order).
According to the SBU, a company in Yalta, owned by Marchenko, paid for the services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Russian Guard to protect the property of the Medvedchuk family in Crimea.
To do this, the assets of Marchenko’s Kyiv companies (which were searched) were transferred to the Crimean city of Yalta, where a new company was created with an authorized capital of a billion rubles.
Further, she paid taxes to the Russian budget, as well as property protection services.
In the photo from the searches, the SBU showed paintings, sculptures and antiques found, apparently, from those who are involved in the case in Kyiv.
What relation these items have to the payment of taxes on the territory of Crimea is not specified.
Recall, earlier it was reported that the court arrested 154 objects of property of Viktor Medvedchuk’s family.
