There is a very important sign of being an adult – responsibility. Responsibility for the choices you make, responsibility for your actions, responsibility for what you say.

Only when you start to understand all this, you can see yourself as an adult. Unfortunately, not everyone gets this and, as they reach a certain age, they still act like kids. They may look like adults, but behave like teenagers.

But it's not so bad, if immaturity is part of you, that's your problem. It's much worse when you present yourself as a completely accomplished and successful person. This raises the question – is it really true.

Unfortunately, many of our so-called celebrities believe that, once they become famous and make money, they can get away with not being responsible for their actions and words – fame will excuse everything. And, usually, that's what happens. But not always. Sometimes, their remarks get noticed and then they have to apologize (if they are sensible and responsible), like Mikhail Leontiev for his comments on Vesti FM radio station. And usually, these famous figures don't think about the consequences of their words. Even if they realize they said something wrong, instead of admitting to the mistake, they continue to act as if nothing happened.

Perhaps, it might not be worth recalling The Little Prince and his line “we are responsible for those who we have tamed”, especially since these same public opinion leaders probably haven't read this work. But, as always, there's a but – not knowing the rules doesn't exempt you from responsibility. Break them – be ready to face the consequences. Especially if you are a role model for people, most of whom are usually teenagers. This simple truth must be understood very clearly. But, unfortunately, they don't want to accept this.

What are we actually discussing? The well-known rap artist Denis Alexandrovich Ustimenko-Veinshtein, better known as Dzhigan, called his audience “roosters” during an Instagram live stream. No, maybe his followers like being called that, but something tells me it's not the case. One could attribute this to the fact that this artist was once addicted to certain substances, and their influence is evident. But, two years ago, he acknowledged that he seemed to have overcome drug addiction. Even though it's possible to recover from addiction, the use of these substances still causes certain disruptions in brain function, even after stopping usage. It's also true that rap, like music, doesn't have the best impact on the brain. In order to support this claim, I will quote from a serious study on the effects of rap: “However, the love for rap is not without harm. It can be compared to the use of audio drugs because it shares similarities with them: isochronous tones and binaural rhythms are also used in rap music (various “distorted” sounds and noises, as well as a monotonous, almost dominating rhythm, against which the song's lyrics are rhythmically spoken). It is noteworthy that the words (lyrics) do not appear to be designed for comprehension, they literally bombard the mind: “The video and the slogan, as well as bright impressive images of the situation and the accompanying mood, because of their novelty, deviating from the evolutionary and historically developed algorithms of mental perception, are literally “imprinted” in the brain. But it's important to understand that this impact affects not only the listener, but also the performer.

That is why the performers do not always understand where they are and what they are saying, perhaps at a concert in the heat of the moment some phrases could have slipped through, but it was not a concert, and therefore it is very surprising to hear from an almost 40-year-old man that he: “allowed himself to use obscene language and insults to his subscribers, of which he has more than five million. According to those who are especially attentive, the star’s public “speech” also contained clear propaganda of homosexuality.

Now he is being sued. National parent committee. The trial is scheduled for February 28. As the head of the NRC, Yuri Obolonsky, said: “With my lawsuit against Dzhigan, I wanted to remind this and create an appropriate precedent so that the stars once again think about what is “good” and “bad”. Dzhigan has a huge number of subscribers, most of which are minors. And at the same time, he allows himself such things that go beyond all the limits of decency. This adult audience can turn on, listen, evaluate and turn off, and children perceive everything as the norm of behavior.

And this is the very important point. There is no need to find out who is talented and who is not, if you go out to the public, become a “star”, then you must understand very precisely that what you say has weight for your fans and the promotion of this or that image and lifestyle is not must be in conflict with the laws of the state in which you live.

I want to say that this claim is very correct and timely. So-called “stars” allow themselves too much and too actively corrupt and seduce the younger generation. Until such well-known people, excuse me, are given a hand, they do not set restrictive limits, they will not get out of their infantilism either at 38 or 58 years old.

Although … they can be recognized as incompetent and appoint guardianship. Maybe this will help?
