The journalist claims that Sergei Samilyak worked for Dmitry Isaenko and Alexander Glimbovsky.
NABU detained on a bribe of 120 thousand dollars an intermediary – Serhiy Samilyak (on the picture) – for issuing a building permit for the residential complex “Terracotta”, which is being built by the deputy’s companies HLE Isaenko and father-in-law Nasirova Glimbovsky. As transmits Censor.NOabout it wrote on Facebook, the editor-in-chief of the publication Yuri Butusov.
“NABU detained a bribe-taker in an attempt to bribe the head of the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning, Semyon Krivonos. Krivonos himself told detectives about an attempt to bribe him for commissioning the Terracotta residential complex in the Darnitsky district of Kiev, and the detention happened very quickly,” the journalist writes .
“Terracotta” is a project of two companies. “Perfect-Group”, controlled by MP of the pro-Russian party “Opposition Platform – For Life” Dmitry Isaenko, and the company Altis-development, which is controlled by Alexander Glimbovsky, known as the father-in-law of the former head of the State Fiscal Service. Nasirov, also a client of NABU, and it was Glimbovsky who made a bail for him of 100 million hryvnias,” Butusov continued.
According to the editor-in-chief of Censor.NET, the head of the GIAG was instructed to give a bribe to “a figure from Mukachevo in the Transcarpathian region” Serhiy Samilyak.
Serhiy Samilyak is known as the chairman of the Serhiy Samilyak charitable foundation “With kindness to people and children” and the NGO “Social Democratic Congress of Christians of Ukraine”, which was known for participating in many Transcarpathian showdowns and scandals between local politicians. In August 2019, someone burned Samilyak’s car in Mukachevo. It is simply unbelievable that it seemed to some of the owners of Terracotta that this person should be entrusted with bribing the head of the GIAG and transferring as much as 120 thousand dollars. I wonder if Samilyak will now give up which of the developers of “Terracotta” gave him such a corrupt task. Are Mr. Glimbovsky or Mr. Isaenko so capable of risking all their other objects that they can solve their business issues at such a high price?” Butusov noted.
