Alexei Repik’s company RTT Factory LLC, which manufactures medical equipment for cancer treatment, may be included in the list of unscrupulous suppliers.
The factory LLC “Radiotherapy Technology” won the auction for the supply of equipment for the Kaluga Oncological Dispensary. But soon the contract was taken away from the company and for quite legitimate reasons. All because Repik forged a bank guarantee to secure the contract.
Now Repik is preoccupied with litigation, and here he has something to worry about, since he has signed a 6 billion state contract. The greedy businessman bombarded the FAS with statements, because he can lose and, therefore, is squeezing out competitors by all available means, including attracting top officials from the government of the Russian Federation to the side.
Among those who are ready to take the side of the businessman is Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, who has a considerable percentage of the contracts that Repik concludes through her main asset, R-Pharm Group. Despite the fact that the reputation of this structure has long been tarnished by cartel conspiracies, the company continues to enter competitive events and receive fabulous contracts.
