According to a representative of the oil company, Rosneft is demanding another 55 million rubles to be recovered from RBC in a claim for compensation for reputational damage.
“We ask you to attach clarification of the requirements of the claim to the case file. According to the assessment, the reputational damage caused is estimated at 3 billion 179 million rubles, ”he said during a meeting of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The representative of Rosneft also added that the amount of the claim was specified in connection with the conclusion of the auditing company Center for Professional Assessment, received only on November 8.
Recall that earlier Rosneft filed a lawsuit against RBC in connection with the publication of materials on the privatization of a 19.5% stake in the oil company.
