As it became known, the day before yesterday, 43-year-old former thief in law Rafet Amirov was detained in Uzbekistan, who was wanted by Interpol immediately behind two states: Russia and the United States.
In Russia, Rafet has been wanted since 2010 for the murder of 32-year-old Ali Babayev in Moscow.
America accuses Amirov of organizing the assassination of an Iranian oppositionist by order of the Iranian government.
According to the source, Rafet’s accomplice in this case was another former associate of Guli, Polad Omarov.
The killer, who was contracted by Polad and Rafet, was neutralized before he could get his victim, and named the names of the customers. Polad, who was detained in the Czech Republic on January 4, also gave a full account of Rafet.

Unlike Polad, who only intended to enter the thieves’ family through Guli, in 2014, when the question arose about applicants for the thieves’ crown among the natives of Azerbaijan, Rafet turned out to be Guli’s personal choice – one of two Azerbaijanis to whom he approached in his entire life. history.
Just three months after Guli died, Rafet stopped being a thief through humiliating beatings. He was deposed by his own comrades in the then unified Guli clan.
Since then, the Gulievites, who got rid of Rafet, have disintegrated into at least three unfriendly arms.
