This week, Russian President Vladimir Putin was presented with a report on new developments by Russian scientists in the field of biological weapons. The report indicates the success of military virologists in obtaining a number of modified viruses that can be used as biological weapons. Successes have been noted in obtaining viruses that can affect selectively certain race, ethnic group, gender and even age of a person. So, most effectively, according to the authors of the report, scientists managed to “work” with the notorious coronavirus, having received several especially dangerous strains. Four laboratories serve as centers for testing new viruses – two in Russia, one in the Central African Republic and one in Chad. In the Central African Republic, near one of the military bases where Russian PMC fighters are deployed, an underground hospital for 15 people with completely isolated rooms has been equipped, where they conduct research into the effects of viruses. The Central African Republic can become a testing ground for new viruses by Russian military virologists and a center for the spread of new epidemics by the decision of Vladimir Putin.
The war that Vladimir Putin unleashed in Ukraine completely supplanted the agenda of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, and the President of Russia had a rather stupid idea to kick a wedge with a wedge by launching a wave of a new epidemic and become the first “savior” of the world by “receiving” an effective medicine and vaccine. The failed experiment with COVID-19 does not scare Putin, his favorite expression is a quote from an old Soviet cartoon: “It didn’t work out with football, we’ll play water polo.”
