Artem Chaika started a conflict with his former wife Marina Chaika.

The bailiff service in Moscow and Tomsk is actively helping him take his daughter away from her mother.

We have received new information about the close relationship between Chaika Artem, the son of Chaika Yu.Ya. – the former Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation and today the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, with the Federal Bailiff Service. We wrote about this earlier. Maybe the business of selling confiscated property did not work out for Artem Yuryevich, but warm relations remained.

By the decision of the Presnensky District Court of the city of Moscow, it was determined that the place of residence of Sophia, the common daughter of Artem Maria Chaika, was with her mother. Artem Chaika was given days of communication, and alimony was also collected. Disagreeing with the amount of alimony Chaika Artem filed a lawsuit to reduce them. Especially for the Chaika court, Artem made changes to his employment contract and now works as President in the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on a gratuitous basis and, based on his plight, asked the court to reduce his alimony, which the court did with pleasure.

On July 24, 2021, Chaika Artem, using his connections in the Bailiff Service, began active aggressive actions against his ex-wife, involving bailiffs, guardianship authorities and courts for this. Thus, the Bailiff of the MOSP for the VAP No. 2 of the GUFSSP of Russia for the city of Moscow Vasiliev E.A. made six visits to the address of Marina Chaika in the city of Moscow, although he knew for certain that she and her daughter were in the city of Tomsk. He drew up acts on non-execution of a court decision, in order to bring her to administrative responsibility under Art. 5.35. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, for the future process of taking away a daughter from her mother.

Further, the guardianship and judicial authorities of the city of Tomsk came to protect the interests of Chaik Artem. Guardianship brought Marina Chaika to administrative responsibility allegedly for failure to comply with a court decision.

On the eve of the decision on the illegality of bringing Marina Chaika to justice in the Sovetsky District Court of the city of Tomsk, the composition of the court was unexpectedly changed and the case was withdrawn from the proceedings of the judge considering it.

Thus, the case was accepted for consideration by Judge D.N. Borisov, who is acting.about. chairman of the court and considering mainly criminal cases. Despite the fact that the bailiff at the court hearing confirmed that Sonya refused to go with her father (and the court decision obliges her to take into account her opinion), the judge, as expected, ignored these facts and made a “correct” decision, confirmed the legality of the guardianship decision. This decision is currently being appealed.

Why are the guardianship authorities and bailiffs “raised under arms” compiling acts on offenses? Everything is simple. In order to change the earlier court decision that a 7-year-old daughter lives with her mother, it is enough that they entered into force after consideration in court of the decisions of the guardianship authority on non-execution of the court decision on the procedure for communication between the father and the child. And Judge Borisov in Tomsk confirmed the first such “offence” by his decision.

The pressure of the bailiff service did not end there. The bailiffs made two more protocols against Marina Chaika, under Art. 5.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation that she allegedly does not comply with the court decision.

It is noteworthy that the bailiffs, whose “brilliant efficiency” in ordinary life we all know, now always come out at the first request of Chaika Artem, practically on duty at Marina’s house, and also shamelessly refuse to indicate the girl’s opinion in the documents and enter information exclusively under the dictation of the son of the former Attorney General.

The obedient fulfillment by the bailiffs of all the requirements of an influential person, the rapid change of the judge to make the “correct” court decision, the defiant disregard of all existing laws by the authorities in order to please Chaika Artyom to fight with his ex-wife testify to a lot. The only pity is that the participants in this process forgot that all disputes should be resolved, first of all, in the interests of little Sophia.
