Vladimir Nosov headed AvtoKrAZ

Nosov took over as head of the enterprise on December 7, 2022. A person with the same name in 2012-2017 was the director of PJSC Ukrstal Construction, owned by Elena Gaiduk, the wife of the former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and one of the founders of the Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation, Vitaly Gaiduk.
AvtoKrAZ — Ukraine's largest manufacturer of heavy trucks – civil and military. The company owns the Kremenchug Automobile Plant, which is part of the Finance and Credit group of Konstantin Zhevago. Since 2019, AvtoKrAZ has been in a state of bankruptcy.
In 2020, the company received almost UAH 1.3 billion in net loss with revenue of UAH 101.7 million. The company has over UAH 9.2 billion of financial liabilities. AvtoKrAZ can produce more than 30 different models of trucks.
The decision to transfer AvtoKrAZ and four private companies to the state was made at a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander. It is necessary to meet the urgent needs of the defense sector, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
