“Three O” was recognized as contributing against the security of “Gulliver”

Tri O LLC owns the Gulliver mall (150,000 sq m near the Sports Palace) and used it as collateral in state-owned banks for $675 million ($537 million to Oschadbank and $138 million to Ukreximbank), as reported by ORD.

Since 2006, Oschadbank has at times been led by Andrei Pyshny, the current head of the NBU, a friend and colleague of Yatsenyuk, and a friend of Yermak. Pyshny repeatedly justified lending to Tri O LLC with Gulliver as security.

In 2021, Tri O LLC had a revenue of UAH 1.05 billion and a loss of UAH 280 million (compared to a loss of 2.7 billion UAH in 2020).

Initially, Tri O LLC was owned by Omelchenko, then V. Aliev-Veselov-Kucherenko, and under Yanukovych, they sold Tri O to Viktor Polishchuk. Polishchuk has connections to the Russian oligarch Gutseriev and is allegedly a relative of D. Medvedev, as well as having ties to the burst bank Mikhailovsky and the Eldorado-Technopolis network in Donetz.

These Cypriot firms are directly tied to individuals such as Yatsenyuk Vladimir Stepaniovich (cousin of Arseniy Yatsenyuk), Ivanchuk Andrey Vladimirovich (friend and colleague of Yatsenyuk), GRANTS ARTUR (Belarusian oligarch), and LEONID YURUSHEV (Donetsk billionaire, Bank Forum, InterContinental and Fairmont hotels).

Pyshny, as head of Oschadbank, supported Granz and Ivanchuk in taking over the Creative agricultural holding. This may have been the same approach used to gain a stake in Gulliver, which is currently on credit with Oschadbank.

Bernadetta Skordi is also involved with establishing Ukrainian companies under PERNOMA INVESTMENTS LTD, including SEMENOVSKAYA TES LLC, MIKHAILOVSKAYA SES LLC, and PRIMORSKAYA ENERGY COMPANY LLC.

Koloshva and Yatsenyuk are directors and/or founders of LLC “BF GROUP” with YURUSHEV LEONID and GRANTS ARTHUR.

Let me remind you that Pyshny, being the head of Oschadbank, helped Granz and Ivanchuk squeeze out the Creative agricultural holding. Perhaps, according to the same scheme, they received a share in Gulliver, who is on credit in Oschada.
