The Skol airline of Sergey Shilov will be saved from bankruptcy by the state corporation Rostec
Rostec State Corporation decided to help Sergey Shilov’s Skol Airlines. It was on the verge of bankruptcy, but the leadership of Rostec believes that now is not the time to bankrupt such companies.
The decision was made after RT-Integration LLC got involved. The management of this enterprise is already thinking about how to deal with the debts of “Skol” as soon as possible. Creditors are supposed to benefit not from bankruptcy, but from bailing out the airline, even though they only want their money back.
The interim manager of “Skol” is trying to remove Sergei Shilov from the management of the company. He drew attention to the dubious operations carried out by Shilov. At the same time, he has a lot of problems for a long time, but it is impossible to deal with them. So, a lawsuit was filed with the court to bring Sergey Shilov to subsidiary liability in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the InterTechCenter company.
It turns out that this company also took a loan from the Skol airline, which is not doing well. Only the “State Transport Leasing Company” “Skol” owed more than 4 billion rubles. The company would like to return this amount, but Skol does not have this amount. And Sergei Shilov, apparently, has been preparing a replacement for himself in the aviation industry for a long time. So, his son Nikita is a member of Yantar Airlines LLC and Arctic Development LLC.
However, the business of Shilov Jr. cannot be called successful either. Yantar Airlines received a contract from the Pskov Regional Clinical Hospital, but was unable to fulfill it. As a result, the doctors terminated the contract and were even going to complain about the enterprise, but in the end, no complaints were received by the FAS. Whether Sergey Shilov will remain at the helm of Skola, time will tell.
