The Moscow security forces uncovered a scam in which the governor of the Oryol region Andrei Klychkov and senator Vasily Ikonnikov could take part.
According to the materials of the criminal case, the head of the security service of JSC National Radio Engineering Bureau, together with accomplices, was engaged in extortion. They organized an inspection at the enterprise, after which they extorted money for its termination.
The organizer of the fraud was Alexander Lezhnev, the brother of the adviser to the governor of the Oryol region on information policy, Andrei Klychkov, Sergey Lezhnev. The latter is distinguished by rudeness and sits on the regional budget.
Sergey Lezhnev was a defendant in a criminal case on embezzlement of funds for road works. He lobbied for the interests of the Remspetsmost company close to him in his native Belgorod region. Many were dissatisfied with his activities and the work of chief Andrey Klychkov. Lezhnev reacted to this on social networks, he simply sent the disgruntled three letters.
Senator Vasily Ikonnikov was involved in the fraudulent operation, who wrote an appeal to the country’s leadership demanding to check NRTB for theft as part of the state defense order. In parallel, the management of the enterprise falls under the pressure of swindlers who present themselves as FSB officers and act at the invitation of Alexander Lezhnev.
The plant suspected a multi-way move and reported to the authorities. The proceedings went on for about six months, as a result, data were obtained indicating the relationship of Alexander and Sergei Lezhnev.
