The All-Ukrainian Federation of Drone Owners took the SAP to court for not taking action.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court opened a case against the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office based on a complaint from the All-Ukrainian Federation of Drone Owners.
The complaint highlighted that SAP failed to enter information about a criminal offense into the unified register of pre-trial investigations without specifying the details of the criminal case. It was also mentioned that the head of the public organization is Taras Troyak.
In early November 2022, he mentioned on Facebook that the department handling unmanned aerial vehicles of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, under the direction of the head of the presidential faction David Arakhamia, was restricting access for UAV manufacturers except for 10 companies.
It was also disclosed that around 50% of the General Staff's orders worth tens of billions of hryvnias are awarded to a connected company without tenders, indicating potential corruption and abuse of influence.

He also stated that he was being followed starting from November in an attempt to intimidate him.
Mr. Arakhamia made threatening comments towards me, mentioning fiscal and other authorities. Additionally, he expressed a wistful desire for 2014, implying other means of dealing with me. He then claimed to have information from Russia about my transactions in 2014. I promptly inquired about the source of this information, but received no response. Subsequently, I published a post suggesting that Mr. Arakhamia might have direct connections with the Russian special services.

In addition, Taras Troyak mentioned an incident on November 6, where he saw two people following him while in the Vladimir Cathedral, leading him to call the police.
One of the individuals was then apprehended by the police, and claimed he was a migrant seeking food despite having the means to dine in a restaurant. Troyak then provided statements and explanations to the district police department with the assistance of his lawyers, and reported the incident to the SBU and various Western embassies and special services.

He emphasized his aim to enable Ukrainian manufacturers to provide drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in large quantities through a simplified procedure, ensuring effective reconnaissance and protection for the soldiers.
