The criminal “Lasha” and “Umka” are accused of participating in three criminal meetings. These meetings involved several criminal leaders.
The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv ordered the arrests without the option to pay bail for the suspects in organizing criminal meetings. They are a 49-year-old citizen of Ukraine Sergey Oleinik and Lasha Dzhachvliani, who is known as “Umka Dneprovskiy” and “Lasha Ochamchirsky”, writes Detective-Info.
The corresponding decisions were made on December 28, 2022 by the minister of Themis Svetlana Volkova.
The Palace of Justice accepted the request from law enforcement officers to detain the suspects until February 24, 2023.
As previously reported on the pages of Detective-Info, “Lash Svana” and “Umka Dneprovsky” were apprehended by law enforcement officers on December 27 of this year in the premises of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police in Kyiv. Criminal leaders arrived on Baggovutovskaya Street in response to a call from the security forces to undergo procedural formalities related to accusations of spreading criminal influence against Oleinik and Dzhachvliani.

Additionally, after the second apprehension on December 28, the criminals were selected as defendants in a new criminal case related to the investigation of the history of “forcing the Dnieper” based on records obtained during the NSRD implementation at the Dnieper restaurant “Guria”.
According to Detective-Info, law enforcement officers qualify at least three meetings at the respective establishments of Umka and Lasha Svana as criminal gatherings. These involve:
– the events of December 14, 2020, where Oleinik and Dzhachvliani, between 15:46 and 16:10, contacted their colleagues in the workshop – 48-year-old Polikarpe Dzhanelidze and 50-year-old Ramaz Tsikoridze, known as “Polik” and “Ramaz Baghdatsky” respectively. It is believed that during the dialogue, the suspects resolved the issue of distributing funds from the “common fund” to financially support elderly criminal leaders who are imprisoned and in need of treatment, as well as for New Year celebration.
In particular, it was about Merab Cheishvili (“Zhorzhikich”), Amiran Ebralidze (“Amiran Lanchkhutsky”), Revaz Lortkipanidze (“Rezo Tbilisi”), Tamaz Koroshinadze (“Tamaz Tbilisi”), Valeria Sheremet (“Sharikdze”), ” Avto Kopala”) and Mamuka Chkhaberidze-Tsaava (“Mamuka Khonsky”), who, as a result of the criminal assembly of Umka, Lasha Svana, Polik and Ramaz Bagdatsky, were agreed to allocate from 5 to 10 thousand dollars. respectively;
