The financier of the former manager of “Cherkizon” Telman Ismailov Valery Kubelun discovered property, the value of which is estimated at 404 million rubles. As a result, at the auction it was sold at twice the price.
We are talking about a two-level apartment with an area of 349 square meters in the village of Zarechye, Odintsovo district, it was sold for 51 million rubles with an initial cost of 64 million rubles. Five and six-room apartments (300 sq. m) on Kutuzovsky Prospekt were sold for 74 million rubles (88 million) and a building plot for 50 million rubles was sold in Skolkovo.
In December 2021, three land plots (5 hectares) were sold in Aprelevka, Naro-Fominsk district, with two cottages located on them. Real estate was sold on the third attempt for 41 million rubles (201 million).
The Moscow Region Court declared Ismailov bankrupt in March 2017. He owes 15.5 billion rubles to BM-Bank from the VTB group.
