Member of the Federation Council of Russia Alexei Pushkov commented on Washington’s attitude to support Kyiv, a correspondent reports. DOPs with reference to publication telegram policy.
The senator believes that one should not expect a revolution in foreign policy from the victory of the Republican Party in the congressional elections (if this happens). He believes that the course to support Kyiv will continue, however, it may be possible to adjust in terms of volume and intensity.
“At the same time, all practical activities to provide military assistance to Ukraine will remain in the hands of the executive branch, i.e. Biden administration,” he added.
