The Interim Administrative Board of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has established collusion between the companies “ESG-Ukraine” and “Millennium Sport” during their participation in a public procurement of services for the reconstruction of the stadium “Karpaty” in the city of Khust, Transcarpathian region, writes EP.
This is reported by the press service of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
The purchase was carried out communal enterprise Karpaty Stadium.
“The Committee found that there were economic relations between the mentioned companies, their employees used the same phone numbers, the companies had common features in drawing up tender proposals, and even the interests of both companies were represented by one lawyer.
Given the totality of this and a number of other evidence, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine recognized that ESG-Ukraine LLC on” and LLC “Millennium Sport” committed a violation under paragraph 1 of Article 50 and paragraph 4 of the second part of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition” – anti-competitive concerted actions related to the distortion of the results of bidding, “the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine said.</p
For the said violation, ESG-Ukraine was fined UAH 2.3 million, Millennium Sport — UAH 3.9 million.
