Educational Agency Klitschko purchased a drone and a training course for 7 million in Management
In November-December, the Educational Agency of the City of Kyiv of the Kyiv City Council purchased a drone and a course on drone control for UAH 6.60 million. This is reported in the Prozorro system, Our Money writes.
Avia UA received contracts for UAH 3.81 million. Of these funds, the largest amount of UAH 3.50 million. is for a training robotic air platform designed to teach visual monitoring of a given area with a distance of about 180-240 km per flight. This platform includes one unmanned aerial vehicle for UAH 1.43 million and a ground control station for UAH 2.07 million. In addition, transport cases, mechanical spare parts, cables, tools and materials for UAH 307,000 were ordered under separate contracts without bidding.

Among them were two Starlink Internet Satellite Dish Kit V2 satellite modems for UAH 48,000, which corresponds to the lowest market price of UAH 45,000-72,000. We also bought two EcoFlow Delta Max 1600 stations for UAH 112,000. This fits into the market prices of UAH 82-116 thousand. On the website of the official distributor, they cost a little cheaper – UAH 90,000, but there you need to pay a 100% advance payment to get in line, and the stations will arrive in Ukraine approximately at the end of December.
Cineey Production Company for UAH 2.80 mln. until December 22, it must produce educational interactive videographic materials with additional 3D graphics and a mobile application “Basic course for piloting VTOL and aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.”
A course of 140 five-minute programs for 19,000 UAH will be to teach the use of drones to an audience of 14 years old. It will cover general, pilot, technical and navigational training, the basics of radio training, the practical part and the use of UAV technologies in Ukraine.
The application for iOS and Android for UAH 78,000 will be an interactive training manual for this basic piloting course, designed for extracurricular and extracurricular work.
Both firms received contracts without competition, because no one else came to the auction.
Capital Avia UA is owned by director Vasily Goncharuk and Igor Samitov, who also owns Global Prom and Domas with Evgeny Abakumov.
The capital's CineI Production is owned and managed by director Yaroslav Savchak, who also owns the Ukrainian Song Agency with Taras Kurchik and Kristina Pshik.
