In Russia, there is a company “VIVA Money”, which issues microloans. Recently, Russians have been complaining about it en masse, as some people do not even know about VIVA Dengi, but become debtors to this organization.
Recently, an unpleasant story happened to a resident of Chelyabinsk, who did not conclude an agreement with VIVA Money. Who did it, one can only guess.
Who is behind VIVA Money and why a company with a dubious reputation continues to work is a mystery. VIVA Money is officially owned by the Cypriot company Guinford Management Ltd. In turn, this company is owned by Roman Mironchik and other individuals and legal entities. It is noteworthy that Roman Mironchik is a business partner of Alexei Krapivin. And another owner of the Cyprus offshore – Alexey Pugachev – previously worked with Boris Usherovich and Valery Markelov.
It is possible that in fact “VIVA Money” belongs to the owner of GK-1520. True, at the moment only Aleksey Krapivin can really influence the Russian Railways contractor. Valery Markelov was detained because of the criminal case of Dmitry Zakharchenko, and Boris Usherovich managed to escape. At first it seemed that Krapivin was unlucky, as was Markelov. But he found a way out by turning to Igor Rotenberg for help.
