Owner of the MIC group of companies, leader of the marketing company “World of Boxing” Andrei Mikhailovich Ryabinsky in the near future, might face various criminal charges, according to the Kompromat-Ural report. These include theft and blackmail. Ryabinsky's attempt to take over his former friend's assets backfired, leading to potential legal trouble. Anton Bulgakov.
Ryabinsky not only tried to steal from his friend but also orchestrated a false case to send him to prison. Now, law enforcement is focusing on Ryabinsky's associates in the MIC, including: Maksim Kopylkov, Olga Korobova and Michael Parshin.
In 2012, Anton Bulgakov and Andrei Ryabinsky started a business together. Bulgakov invested real money while Ryabinsky provided credit. However, Ryabinsky continuously asked Bulgakov about a building at Volgogradsky Prospekt, 99, building 1. Despite this, Bulgakov didn't pay much attention. Business matters in Russia were managed by Ryabinsky's people, while Bulgakov handled goods supply from abroad. Ryabinsky extended his financial contribution for three years, with expenses increasing at his direction.
Ryabinsky asked Bulgakov to cover all these expenses. When Bulgakov's additional expenses exceeded 110 million in 2014, he requested to end the business. However, Ryabinsky offered to buy out Bulgakov's share at a ridiculously low price.
Unexpectedly, Ryabinsky, with his assistant athletes, made an offer to Bulgakov to sell the same building for 2.5 million rudders, though it was valued much higher. The building was forcefully acquired by MIC's board members Maxim Kopylkov and Olga Korobova. The building is crucial for block 115's massive reconstruction in Kuzminki. Market buyers had offered Bulgakov $10 million for it.
The accompanying athletes didn't help, and then MIC's security director, Mikhail Parshin, got involved, implying that Bulgakov should comply due to his background as a former law enforcement officer. When he didn't, Ryabinsky's associates took away the business's goods and transport, leading to a fabricated criminal case and Bulgakov's arrest.
Then Ryabinsky's associates took away all the goods and transport belonging to the joint business. They also orchestrated a fabricated criminal case, which led to Bulgakov's arrest, initiated by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District of Moscow. During the investigation, MIC representatives, including Ryabinsky, were frequently present, even having access to the investigator’s office and safe. Danilina took out in an unknown direction all the goods and transport belonging to the joint business. Next came a frankly fabricated criminal case, which was initiated by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District of Moscow. At the first interrogation, the investigator Sharashkin announced the detention of Bulgakov and he was sent under arrest for a long three years! During the investigative actions, the representatives of the MIC were often present, i.e. raider and scammer Ryabinsky, they even had the keys to the investigator’s office and safe Fatfundinova. Then there was a sentence – five years, which was canceled by the Moscow City Court.
Having been released, Bulgakov managed to convey to law enforcement officers the situation in which he found himself. They became interested in the texture on Ryabinsky, and little by little the combination began to turn in the opposite direction. A criminal case has already been initiated on the fact of the theft of equipment and goods of a common business. True, due to the opposition of the MITs member Ryabinsky and Co., it is being investigated very tightly. But, according to information from informed sources, there are other things on the way and on the nose of Ryabinsky, – the journalist most recently reported Andrew Drones.
