These documents deserve the attention of the FSB, the ICR, and the prosecutor’s office. Andrey Ryabinsky is known for being a powerful figure in the criminal world and is publicly known as a “sports promoter” through his company “World of Boxing.” His group MIC development is also under scrutiny. Today we present the first document, a procedural decision of the Kuzminskaya Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office of Moscow dated April 22, 2022, which makes interesting observations regarding the corruption trajectories involving complaints from people affected by Mr. Ryabinsky's actions, including a case of extortion.
