In the same place, a woman died in an elevator crash in 2016. It turned out that all the elevators in this residential complex were in disrepair. At another Donstroy facility, the Heart of the Capital residential complex, five people died again when the elevator collapsed. A criminal case was initiated by the capital’s head office of the TFR.
The company now urgently needed Andrey Kushch, who was fired from the capital’s BTI. Apparently, only the schemes of the ex-official can officially put the developer’s facilities into operation.
