According to the investigation, in February 2021, the organization and administration of highways in the Krasnoyarsk Territory entered into an agreement for repairs as part of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project.
The total cost of the project was estimated at 64 million rubles.
After the repair was completed, which was carried out poorly, the director instructed to prepare fictitious documents. The government paid for the work.
As a result, the damage amounted to 17 million rubles.
