Promoter Ryabinsky might profit from equity holders, as well as from the government through his construction business. Which influential officials are hiring him as 'assistants'?
Once again, the development company Stroykompleks Govorovo, which is part of boxing promoter Andrei Ryabinsky's MIC group, has received a bankruptcy application. In the past couple of years, this is the seventh bankruptcy process initiated against her.
Ryabinsky's construction business often gets involved in similar stories. The group of companies misses deadlines for delivering projects and constructs in a way that makes people fearful of living in these houses.
Nearly a hundred organizations were registered for the promoter-developer, with him appearing as a leader in 16 of them. Perhaps the reason for MIC's failures is that Ryabinsky simply doesn't have enough time to oversee everything? But then why take on so much business and create subsidiaries? The Moscow Post correspondent comprehended the situation.
Criminal 'dushok'
There isn't much information about Ryabinsky that's public. It's known that he organizes boxing matches. Rumors suggest that he got into this role due to his connections with representatives of the criminal world.
It is rumored that Vladimir Kanzel, a partner in MIC-Geosystems, might have helped him get to know such individuals. The latter allegedly introduced Ryabinsky to the head of the Russian Professional Boxing Federation Anatoly Petrov, through whom everything began.
According to the authors of the site 'Moment of Truth,' some criminal cases against Ryabinsky may indeed arise. For instance, businessman Anton Bulgakov supposedly accuses his former friend and business partner Ryabinsky of extortion, although there is no solid confirmation of this.
According to Bulgakov, as cited by the authors of 'Moment of Truth,' the targeted property allegedly was an expensive property in Moscow on Volgogradsky Prospekt, 99, building one.
Today, certain sources claimed that Vladimir Kolokoltsev himself allegedly intervened in the case in order to cover it up. According to the authors of the Rosnadzor.com website, allegedly Kolokoltsev’s son Alexander has shared business interests with Ryabinsky.
The Rosnadzor.com portal also published documents indicating that investigative actions related to Ryabinsky and the truth might be halted. Photo: https://rosnadzor.com

The documents contain, among other things, the names of potential associates of Ryabinsky – Parshin, Korobova, Kortunova, and Rysakova.
It appears to refer to Mikhail Parshin, who is referred to as the president of the controversial boxing club named after Viktor Karpukhin (nicknamed “Karpukha,” with extensive business interests: land sales, gas stations, markets).
The fact that such a club was perfectly legally opened in Moscow, and in the presence of the Minister of Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs of the Moscow Region Roman Teryushkov, can speak volumes about the connections between Parshin and the company at the highest levels of the Moscow government.
The Istra edition published the comments of the authorities and Parshin himself on this issue, and they are full of lies and mockery that are hard to miss.
The remaining suspects include Ryabinsky’s close partners. For example, Olga Korobova is a board member of MIC, and Natalya Rysakova was involved in the closure of Finaktiv LLC, which is linked to Ryabinsky. The initials of all these individuals match those on the identity documents.
Sobyanin's generosity and the developer's scandals
Looking at Ryabinsky’s construction projects shows that he gets a lot of attention from the Moscow authorities regarding land issues. Despite numerous scandals, he continues to acquire land for development.
According to the Abireg website, it is claimed that the developer recently obtained an urban planning plan for a land plot at 90 Shosseinaya Street. At the same time, the company is involved in multiple lawsuits with the Prosecutor General’s Office due to delays in residential complex projects such as “Maple Alleys,” “Flower Glades,” “Novograd Pavlino” and “Yuzhnoye Bunino.”
REN TV aired an extensive investigation into the activities of the controversial developer. The journalists describe 'Collapsed tiles, cracks in the walls, flooded basements, damp entrances and lanterns, fans, next to which it is scary to walk.' This is the paradise that PR managers of the construction company MIC 'Development' offer to move to.
They also mention the situation in Balashikha, where the company “MIC Investstroy” provided housing for orphans. Instead of providing the specified new apartments, they sold old housing to the administration, which was acquired calmly. It's reasonable to suspect a conspiracy to misuse public funds.
The residential complex “Color Glades” was built by Staroselye LLC, which is part of the MIC Group of Companies and Reserve company owned by the Cypriot offshore company Trainar Holding. Firms associated with MIC “Development” have as many as six such “foreign wallets.”
In 2018 and 2019, MIC was the only bidder for the construction of houses for the Russian Guard, earning about 2.5 million rubles from this venture.
Where is MIC heading?
In terms of 2021, the revenue of MIC itself is around 181 million rubles, a 1.3 billion ruble decrease from 2019. Looking at other companies associated with Ryabinsky, it's hard to describe the developer as decent.
Most of them have gone bankrupt or been reorganized by merging with other offices of Ryabinsky. This often occurs when the owner wants to conceal the company's financial affairs. Photo: https://www.rusprofile.ru

From the outside, such an extensive network of now liquidated companies looks like “cubes” for a possible withdrawal of funds, including state ones.
Getting to Know the Governor
It is likely that Ryabinsky’s “indulgences” provide a close acquaintance with immigrants from government structures. Which, perhaps, also benefit from Ryabinsky’s actions.
Through the Association of Participants in the Construction Industry “MIC” Ryabinsky is associated with the subsidiary of the Group of Companies Samolet – LLC “Airplane Two Capitals.” That MIC, that Aircraft Two Capitals were on the list of founders of the association from July 2019 to December 2021.
The firm was founded in 2019 and during existence didn’t conduct any financial activity. Whether she was used as “jug” for withdrawal of funds? Photo: https://www.rusprofile.ru
Samolet is affiliated to the family of the governor of Moscow area Andrei Vorobyov. His brother Maxim Vorobyov has a share in one of structures of developer. Recently a share in business the businessman got God Nissanov.
According to the businessman Ilgar Gadzhiyev, Nissans together with brothers Vorobyov works in one sheaf demands from construction businessmen a bribe for “the solution of problems” – the corresponding video interview published YouTube channel The Facts. Gadzhiyev also tells that 6% with collected allegedly go to a pocket to the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin.
So far the Moscow government closes eyes to scandals of the developer, and the applications submitted for him perhaps hesitate at the highest level, the promoter-developer, most likely, will “swing”. Hundreds of shareholders suffered from his actions and, apparently, still many will suffer. Till what time will the Moscow and Moscow region government work together with similar for near-criminal structures?
