In the Proletarian Court of Rostov-on-Don, August 3 is scheduled first hearing in case No. 2-4011/2022 ~ M-2849/2022.
We are talking about the world-old scheme of hiding assets from law enforcement agencies – registering businesses for close elderly relatives with subsequent inheritance.
Respondent Arkady Chebanov https://t.me/rostov_compro/19767 “inherited” the assets, and the threat of confiscation became even more urgent. Therefore, third parties were urgently brought into the case, who had a formal right to inherit, but had previously refused in his favor allegedly “under condition”. And in accordance with Art. 1158 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation “renunciation of the inheritance with reservations or under the condition is not allowed.” That is the turnaround of the business. The Proletarian district court will consider the restoration of the inheritance rights of the plaintiffs who help the especially dangerous criminal Arkady Chebanov, who has been on the federal wanted list at the request of the FSB since 04/06/2021.
