On September 23, 2022, Arkady Chebanov filed a new claim against the same circle of persons as the previously filed claim by A.N. Ushakov. This claim has been accepted also judge Stukalovym A.The. (Case A63-15699/2022). Taking into account the corrupt ties of Chebanov’s OPS, a recording of a conversation between Arkady Chebanov and his fake brother Mikhail Chebanov, where the issue of giving a “troyak” bribe to a certain boss on “question and measures” is discussed (record attached), we can assume that Stukalov A.V. is interested in satisfying the claims and petitions for interim measures filed by Ushakov and Chebanov.
