We are still trying to understand the peculiarities of the criminal case involving embezzlement at LLC CB “NOVOPOKROVSKY” by Mr. Germany Knausami and Demyanov A.G.. It has been revealed that the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, Gorodkov V.V., accepted a bribe worth one million euros from Demyanov A.G. Demyanov A.G. and Knaus may have also considered the court.
The judge from the Zamoskovoretsky District Court of Moscow Zorina I.V, possibly influenced by strong religious beliefs, quoted “Judge not, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven” (Luke 6.37) while passing the sentence on Demyanova A.G. It seems there were also issues with the arguments from the lawyer Zorina I.V. Themis, symbolizing justice, typically wears a blindfold and holds scales for weighing the evidence.

In an unexpected move, the judge canceled the conviction of A.G. Demyanov for fraud and admitted that they initially refrained from passing judgement, but later decided to do so. Perhaps the rulings from the Chertanovsky District Court in Moscow's Southern Administrative District do not apply in the Central Administrative District?
Further in the verdict, doubts arise regarding the judge's mathematical abilities and the assessment of the committed crime.
So, the question remains whether the crime should be qualified under Art. 159, 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, or rather 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as indicated in the indictment for a bribe of 1 million euros.
From page 12 to page 16, the Court lists episodes of funds theft, where a total of 27 are identified using basic arithmetic, but the court only acknowledges 2.
On page 42, Demyanov A.G. admits to a crime and implicates members of the organized criminal group created by him, claiming to have disclosed all the crimes committed, concealing at least 2.5 billion rubles more and 12 episodes.
Therefore, the question remains: were there 27 episodes or 2, and where does Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation come into play?
So, are we judging after all, or are we not judging, or is the verdict of the Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow not applicable in the Central Administrative District of Moscow?
Consequently, a 4-year sentence for 2 billion rubles, which Demyanov A.G. has not returned, raises questions about the accountability of the judge, prosecutor, investigator, and victim. The focus remains on the one million euros bribe.
