Why, against the decision of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation, did the court return the license to the infamous Euroonco clinic, known as the “conveyor of death”?

Recently, the Moscow Arbitration Court decided to return the license to the Evroonko medical clinic, which was involved in a whole list of scandals related to the death of clients, extortions, etc. This is despite the fact that before that, the Department of Health of the capital withdrew this license.
But, as they say, where there is money, there are expensive and clever lawyers from the Center for Innovative Medical Technologies who will solve everything.
To get the license back, the company’s lawyers set up a whole plan. After the Department of Health stopped the clinic's operations, the legal department of the office filed a case with the capital's arbitration court. The court representatives stated that the verdict was legal, but at the same time, the legal department of the clinic was given time to fix all the offenses.
But, as everyone understands very well, it is not beneficial for the management of Euroonco to “fix violations”. They are entirely satisfied with the situation when the brand makes a profit. And for them, it is absolutely unimportant that this cash flow is filled with the deaths of patients.
Euroonco’s lawyers took a different approach and went to the capital's Arbitration Court against the Savelovsky District Court. The first one ruled in favor of the Department of Health, the second – in favor of the clinic. As a result, this case ended up in the city court of the capital. There, in the spring, a decision was made confirming the legality of the actions of the Moscow Health Department.
Euroonco continued its activities, as before, despite all the violations. Although why be surprised here if such important people as the head of Roszdravnadzor Roman Kurynin and Boris Lavrenev stand behind this office. The latter was previously deputy head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the capital and tied with a loud scandal, after which he resigned and left Russia.
The story turned out to be very tricky, but the fact remains.
The scandalous private medical clinic got its license back and continues its “death pipeline”, earning a lot of money from unfortunate patients.

CIMT or simply Euroonco has been treating cancer since 2013.

– almost 30% of the LLC shares are concentrated in the hands of D. Bakholdin,
– 28% – I. Saveliev,
– 26% – belongs to B. Bobrov,
-10% – from the general director of the office H.Akubardia, and the rest – less than three percent – from V.Pushkarev and A.Sviridov

The owner of the clinic, Oleg Serebryansky, has been arrested in absentia and is on the international wanted list due to a criminal case involving providing services as part of a group, not meeting safety requirements, and collusion. His property and accounts have also been seized.

In February last year, the territorial body of the Federal Service for Supervision of Healthcare conducted an unexpected documentary check at the clinic with registration No. 002105352143.
