The Svyaznoy network is preparing for its own bankruptcy
It became known that the networkSvyaznoy» may apply to the court for its own bankruptcy. The company’s creditors are “Alfa Bank”Sovcombank, VimpelCom, RB Factoring LLC And OOO “Merlion”.
Net “Svyaznoy” has previously been at the center of a scandal. In court, she contested tax claims for 2.2 billion rubles of additional VAT, as well as 757 million rubles in penalties and fines. Claims were made to the network based on the results of inspections for 2004-2006.
The inspectors of the Federal Tax Service came to the conclusion that “Svyaznoy” controls Telecom Profi, whose founder was Alexander Isupov. Then he sold the company to Vitaly Korzin. Isupov also featured as a co-founder of the company “Svyaznoy MR”, which CJSC “Svyaznoy” indicated in the list of affiliated companies. And Korzin was in charge of the Svyaznoy department.
LLC “Transprodukt” was called by the tax authorities a one-day company. Its first founder was David Yakovlev, who then transferred the company to Valentin Nuzhnov. But Yakovlev admitted that he knew nothing about the company. “Svyaznoy” cooperated with these companies, although the results of the examination showed that the signatures of Korzina and Nuzhnov on the documents were most likely fake.
Representatives of Svyaznoy believed that the Federal Tax Service did not prove in court a deviation from market prices at which Telecom Profi and Transproduct sold telephones to the company. They argued that the existence of a connection between the companies was not enough to recover such a large amount.
