    Alexander Klebanov avoided taking responsibility.

The event happened in April of the previous year in Moscow. One of those involved in the crash was Yulia Borodach, a mother on maternity leave, and the other was the current Transportation Minister. Alexander Klebanov (at the time, he was a deputy minister).

The traffic police who arrived at the scene made a record of an offense, naming the young mother as the one at fault. Julia Borodach She believes she was not at fault in the car accident. She is attempting to challenge the decision of the inspectors, but has not been successful so far.

    vehicle collision

The crash occurred on Saturday, April 30, 2022, on Mozhaisk highway, near house number 39. Julia states that she was driving her Toyota Camry in the middle lane of the highway when the Land Rover Vogue collided with her. According to her, Alexander Vladimirovich Klebanov, who now leads the Ministry of Transport of Bashkiria, was behind the wheel. The record of an administrative offense published by a resident of Odintsovo states the date of birth of the Land Rover driver as August 20, 1976, which matches the birth date of the Transport Minister of the Republic. In the explanations given by Klebanov to the traffic police, his Moscow address of registration and passport number are given.

Julia claims she was driving in the middle lane, while the Land Rover initially left the gas station in the right lane, and then changed lanes to the middle one. According to the young mother, the car following her Camry then collided with her.

The account of the second person involved in the accident suggests the opposite: Klebanov was traveling in the left lane, and the accident occurred because Yulia’s car started to change lanes into the left lane and did not yield to the SUV. This means it is Camry’s fault for what happened.

    Special treatment

Julia regards herself as injured in this accident. She points out that during the accident registration, there were some irregularities: for instance, a Toyota Camry arrived at the scene of the accident with the numbers of the investigative committee and remained there until the paperwork was completed.

“At the scene of the accident, the traffic police treated the participants in the accident unequally. Klebanova A.V. never asked me to get out of the car, an unidentified passenger from the back seat brought Klebanov A.V.'s documents to the traffic police officers, while I was called three times through the loudspeaker to get out of the car,” she remarks. The traffic police inspectors made a decision to hold Yulia accountable under Part 3 of Art. 12.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which she appealed in the Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow. The young mother claims she has undeniable evidence – a video recording from the scene by the Gormost State Budgetary Institution, showing which of the participants in the accident made the maneuver. This video, in color and high quality, is included in the case file, along with the conclusions of an independent examination, Yulia Borodach reveals.

However, the court did not change the decision, and did not mention whether the GBU GORMOST video recording was included and viewed in the case, according to the participant in the accident. Now she has submitted another complaint to the higher court.

It will soon be a year since I have been fighting for my rights and for the truth! I possess all the evidence of my innocence, and yet I am unable to defend myself!

“Yulia Borodach says. She mentioned that their only family car is now damaged, and they are having to pay lawyers to defend against the large payment for the repair of the Land Rover, in which Yulia was accused of causing an accident.

“We only have OSAGO insurance, and we cannot afford CASCO. If I cannot prove my innocence, the insurance company will demand several million rubles from me for the repair of a luxury car. As a mother on maternity leave, I will have to pay for the repair of the Land Rover Vogue of the Minister of Transport of Bashkiria.

Now Julia plans to make the case public – she hopes this will help her demonstrate her innocence.she wrote.

Mkset was unsuccessful in obtaining a comment from the head of the Ministry of Transport Alexander Klebanov. Out of the three mobile operators' numbers we have, one was incorrect, and two were disabled. The editors will send an official request to the department.

Meanwhile, the state information agency “Bashinform” published Klebanov’s comments on the situation.

At the end of April last year, I was driving along the Mozhaisk highway towards the center of Moscow. There was a collision with a Toyota. I immediately stopped and called the traffic police. After 5-7 minutes, two traffic police crews arrived. The traffic police officers checked the photo and video recording cameras, took measurements of the road and, as expected, formalized the fact of the accident. After the participants in the accident were given documents stating that I was not guilty, I was allowed to leave the scene of the accident, and I left. At the same time, I should note that the rules of the road are the same for everyone: regardless of who is driving – a private person or a civil servant,” according to the agency's quote of Klebanov.

“The premium SUV indicated in the protocol was sold on October 16, 2020 on a special resource for 300 thousand rubles. Before that, it was installed on the KIA sedan.

    Land Rover

According to public data on automotive websites, a Land Rover with this number was manufactured in 2020.

Alexander Klebanov assumed the position of Minister of Transport of Bashkiria. The 45-year-old official moved to Bashkiria from the Perm Territory, where he held a similar position. He had been working in the neighboring region for a few years, but eventually had to leave due to a scandal.

Klebanov himself is from Moscow, and graduated from RUDN University and RANEPA. Kontur.Fokus reports that Klebanov was listed as a co-founder and head of several companies in the capital, most of which are related to transportation. In 2015, Klebanov was mentioned on the Moscow Mayor's website.
