The alleged organizer of the assassination attempt on the head of the board of directors of the Tsargrad group of companies, Konstantin Malofeev, Denis Kapustin, is suing in Moscow for inheritance.
It is reported by RIA Novosti.
Consideration of the case is scheduled for March 14 in the Perovsky court. It is noted that the defendant shares with his stepmother the ownership of an apartment in Moscow and a land plot.
Earlier on March 6, the FSB announced the prevention of the assassination attempt on Malofeev. The founder of the Russian Volunteer Corps Kapustin, who is a citizen of Russia, was named as its organizer. He was involved in the attack on villages in the Bryansk region and the preparation of a terrorist attack on an oil and gas facility in the Volgograd region, which was prevented in August 2022.
