JSC “Polytechstroy” requires 106 million rubles from the “Polytechnic Museum”

Polytechstroy is suing the Polytechnic Museum because of 106 million rubles. The museum gave the company 6 state contracts for the production and installation of exhibits exposition and exhibition permanent exhibition space. However, the execution of these contracts was accompanied by scandals. Thus, auditors of the Accounts Chamber regularly checked the project. Last year, they proposed to transfer the reconstruction under the control of the Ministry of Construction.

The Polytechnic Museum was closed for renovation in 2013. Every year the cost of the project increased, and in the end it reached 18.2 billion rubles. In addition, the auditors of the Accounts Chamber identified numerous violations, including those related to the unjustified issuance of advances to contractors.

Two years ago, LLC RK became the owner of Politekhstroy. State company “Dom. RF” transferred the asset for only 200 million rubles, although it is very successful. The company collaborated not only with the Polytechnic Museum, but also with the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Economic Development. As of 2021, the company’s portfolio included government orders for 18 billion rubles.

LLC “RK” cannot be called a successful company, since over the years of its existence it has never registered revenue. And the company is owned by Artem Kuznetsov and Yuri Zhuravlev. Kuznetsov is an interesting figure, as he surrounds himself with powerful people. He collaborated with Roman Timokhin’s MR Group and Vadim Moshkovich’s Level Group.

MR Group is interesting because it sells land plots to developers. Often, the Kozeruks work with the company, who have connections even in the capital’s mayor’s office. So, Kozeruk Sr. is called a good friend of Sergei Sobyanin. He could have met him while working at Gazprom Invest Yug. And the shareholder of MR Group, Timur Gutnov, may be associated with the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Petr Biryukov.
