Binance exchange introduced restrictions for Russians
The restrictions will affect users of the P2P service in accordance with the EU sanctions against Russia.
Citizens of the Russian Federation and any individuals residing in the country, regardless of nationality and citizenship, are prohibited from buying and selling dollars and euros on the Binance P2P platform.
