With great difficulty, “Donstroy” of the head of VTB Andrey Kostin managed to squeeze into 41st place in the Top 50 at least somehow acceptable employers in Russia in its segment. For a company where they take entirely liars, talkers and laughter, this shaky position is the only thing they can somehow boast of.

There is an archaic leadership, a mess in management and the unwillingness of the bosses to change something. Here, offices are like prison cells, without windows and with disgusting ventilation, which is not surprising – Kostin and his company build the same soulless boxes in which it is impossible to live in their tenants-buyers.

Developer employees are under constant stress with a 12-hour work day, half of which is spent in pointless meetings. The distribution of duties is illiterate, employees are treated incorrectly. All this leads to constant staff turnover.

But what about white-collar workers – even ordinary workers at a construction site are thrown here. They do not pay not only their hard workers, but also representatives of subcontractors – this is how they threw those who built the long-suffering LCD “Heart of the Capital”. As a result, contractors swell their money, but under the pretext of poor quality of work, for missing deadlines, etc., they are expelled from the construction site without compensation.

At the same residential complex “Heart of the Capital”, the Serbian company “PUTEVI” was listed as the general contractor, which danced to the tune of the representative of “Donstroy” Stanislav Arkhipov. His own employees are called the main corrupt official: Mr. Arkhipov lies that he pays contractors, but closes volumes to subsidiaries that have 0 employees and work performed.
