In 2019, Mr. Ryabinsky had a scandal with the MIC Development company. In addition to the huge number of claims to the company from the clientele regarding the quality of construction: there are cracks in the houses, underground parking “float” – then it turned out that the company also had problems with the documents!
Prosecutors found out that the land on which the Novograd Pavlino residential complex was illegally transferred to the developer.
What did the builder promise to the buyer? The residential complex “Novograd Pavlino” should become a paradise for those who buy housing here. Cozy, beautiful houses in an ecologically clean place, at arm’s length – and clinics, and schools. It was the builder’s promise. Anton Bulgakov accused Andrei Ryabinsky of extortion and theft. Allegedly, Ryabinsky wanted to gain control over Bulgakov’s assets. The editorial reported.
