To the editor The Moscow Post Tatyana Skripka turned, whose husband and son got involved in the scandal with the powerful Kuban Sinyagovsky family.
The highly publicized case of Vladimir Skripka The Moscow Post has reported on extensively: the article “Canned food in Sinyagovsky” was released in October 2019, and the piece “Sinyagovsky’s criminal delicacy for Skrypka” was published in February 2020.
So this complicated issue has been ongoing for years! And many events have occurred: a new criminal case was initiated against Vladimir Skrypka and his son.
We quote part of Tatyana Skrypka’s letter: “In a few days, there will be a hearing under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, under which my husband and son were convicted. A provocation is planned, and there may be biased media. Maybe your publication can send its reporter to the Pervomaisky district court of Krasnodar for case 10-25/2022, presided by judge N. N. Syatkin. Everything happening around us is a violation of the state system and the judicial system … We really hope for your help.”
Therefore, the editors are once again focusing on the high-profile case of Vladimir Skrypka.
The reporter from The Moscow Post in the Krasnodar Territory has grasped the new details.
Where did a ton of squash caviar go?
Today Vladimir Skripka and his son Yaroslav Skrypka accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 185.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (falsification), and are suspected of providing deliberately false data to the body that carries out state registration of legal entities.
According to investigators, in October 2019, Vladimir Skripka's actions resulted in the prosperous company suffering multimillion-dollar losses (more than 15 million rubles).

And in April of this year. The 15th Arbitration Court of Appeal decided to recover jointly and severally from Vladimir Skrypka, Yaroslav Skrypka and Alexander Blinkov 15 million rubles in favor of Kuban Delicacies LLC. And on June 7, 2022, the prosecutor’s office canceled the decision to terminate the criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud”), which was initiated in 2019 and then canceled.

And yet, Kuban Delicacies LLC discovered the loss of 1 million cans of squash caviar amounting to over 11 million rubles.
In general, the situation is quite murky!
Capturing a successful company
Therefore, the complex story in the provincial town of Slavyansk-on-Kuban continues to develop with unbelievable details, including the mysterious disappearance of 1 million cans of squash caviar.
And the takeover of Kuban Delicacies LLC in the fall of 2019, involving actual gunfire, suggested that the well-known Sinyagovsky clique in the region might be connected to this intense squash drama.
Remember that the leader of Slavyansk-on-Kuban is Roman Sinyagovskoy, the relative of the influential Vladimir Sinyagovsky, who was previously the mayor of Novorossiysk and a former deputy of the State Duma.

But we should also recall the recent significant setbacks of the Sinyagovsky family: first, the customs officer Ruslan Sinyagovsky, the brother of Roman Sinyagovsky, got into trouble, convicted of taking a bribe in his position at the “Caucasus Sea Port”. He was not put in prison (thanks to intervention from a powerful relative), but he was removed from his position.
The Moscow Post reported this in the investigative article “The Sinyagovsky clan: from Kuban to Moscow”.
After the publication of the next part of the investigation, “The Sinyagovsky clan: the prosecutor’s fault,” the investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the TFR for Moscow, Colonel Sergei Sinyagovsky, was removed from his influential position.
So, now two Sinyagovskys are in trouble…
Rumors say that the former customs officer Ruslan Sinyagovsky settled in the Kuban and even started his own business.
When 8 armed men broke into the enterprise “Kuban delicacies”, the head of the Slavyansky district Roman Sinyagovsky quickly told journalists that it was the owners who were settling their dispute.

It is worth noting that everything was going well between Vladimir Skrypka and his partner Ivan Radchenko during 15 years of working together. However, after Radchenko's sudden death in June 2019, things changed. It is quite possible that it all started with Roman Sinyagovsky, who knew very well the value of “Kuban delicacies”!
Rumors also suggest that Sinyagovsky, despite having his own brick factory, is usually involved through a brother-in-law in various business ventures. It's possible he has his sights set on “Kuban delicacies” as well.
Fight for green peas
Kuban Delicacies LLC was established in 2003. In April 2011, they started producing canned fruits and vegetables. In 2013, “Kuban Delicacies” won two gold medals at the International Food Exhibition in Germany for canned peas and zucchini caviar.

Vladimir Skrypka mentioned that he had to establish the enterprise back in 2003.
“Kuban Delicacies” is my creation, in which I have invested a lot of effort, money, and my heart,” said Vladimir Skripka.
Right after the death of Ivan Radchenko, a partner and friend, the plant was taken over by the offshore company RAND JSC. Statutory and legal documents were stolen.

Mr. Skrypka has repeatedly reported instances of unfairness to the authorities in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, but he claims that the local authorities and law enforcement officers were unconcerned about the presence of impostors at the company.

Vladimir Skripka also mentioned that some media intentionally misrepresented the events happening at Kuban Delicacies LLC.
The deceitfulness of Roman Sinyagovsky
It appears that Roman Sinyagovsky was deceitful when he quickly commented to reporters about the events at the company.
He was the one who informed the media that the conflict between the two founders had been ongoing for a year, but only now has it escalated.
But Vladimir Skrypka couldn't believe the grim events: the death of his partner Ivan Radchenko changed everything. It seems that Roman Sinyagovsky found a connection with Anton Radchenko, the son of Skrypka's deceased partner.

“From the reports, it became evident that the media purposely misled. I have a 50% stake in the Kuban Delicacies plant. After the death of my partner Ivan Radchenko, the following events began to unfold: the owners of the offshore company JSC RAND seized control of the plant. They stole the legal and financial documents of the Kuban Delicacies enterprise,” says the entrepreneur.
The unauthorized removal of assets and products of the plant commenced. On the same days, Skripka received an offer to give a share to Anton Radchenko, the son of his deceased partner, for very little money.
Vladimir Skripka was denied entry to the plant, and security guards were installed. He had to transfer control of the share to the trustee.
Local authorities, represented by the head of the city, Roman Sinyagovsky, and his uncle Vladimir Sinyagovsky, were aware of the situation.
And according to Vladimir Skrypka, the actions of police officers and representatives of local authorities clearly showed signs of corruption.
Members of the Sinyagovsky family
It is also worth noting that the head of the Slavyansky district, Roman Sinyagovsky, is a notable entrepreneur and owns a high-end hotel in Krasnodar.
The Moscow Post covered this extensively in the Sinyagovsky Octopus investigation.
Extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities show that the official Sinyagovsky is the founder and owner of 50% of two LLCs. These LLCs are involved in the restaurant and hotel business in Krasnodar.
Additionally, Sinyagovsky owns half of Southern Alliance LLC, which is engaged in catering. Another enterprising uncle shares ownership of GK “STM OOO Platan-S” equally with a certain Ivan Zotov. The head of the Slavyansky district also has a 50% stake in Platan-N LLC.

Roman Sinyagovsky had shares in Anastasievsky Brick Factory LLC and Anastasievsky Brick Factory LLC. Currently, a certain Lilia Sinyagovskaya is among the founders of Anastasievsky Brick Plant LLC.
The Sinyagovsky clique makes itself felt. All Sinyagovskys today are with companies, firms and firms!
By the way, the former customs officer Ruslan Sinyagovsky showed up on the Belikov farm, not far from Slavyansk-on-Kuban. He now manages Musson LLC, and the owner of the brick factory, Lilia Sinyagovskaya, is a co-owner.
Apparently, Kuban Delicacies LLC was too tasty a morsel to pass by. Yes, and the moment was what you need: one of the owners died, the second was cunningly neutralized.
Information was circulated in the media that the funds of the Skrypka family were arrested, the father and son were put on the federal wanted list. But Vladimir and Yaroslav Skrypka themselves turned to the TFR.
Today RAND JSC is removed from Russian jurisdiction and registered in Singapore, although the beneficiaries are Russian citizens.
The proceedings lasted 1.5 years. In July 2021, the arbitration court of appeal put an end to the case, recognizing that Vladimir and Yaroslav Skrypka were not involved in causing losses to their enterprise.
But the Sinyagovskys, apparently, did not sit idly by … On June 7, 2022, it became known about the new opening of the criminal case!
It turns out that Vladimir Skrypka is a victim of the exorbitant appetites of the Sinyagovsky clique?
