URA.RU news agency was the first to report that "Two Skoda Kodiaq cars were set on fire at night near the director of the management company ZhEU No. 1, Olga Ivankova, in Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk region). The woman suspects a rival management company of arson and has already filed a police report.
Ivankova promptly gave an interview to the agency and likely provided the phone number of Andrei Yamshchikov, director of the competing company Teplo-NT Management Company.
At 7 am, he received a message from Yekaterinburg on his personal phone. How could a reporter get the number without help from an 'interested' person at night?

The director of the management company UralGazSpetsstroy (a friendly organization of the management company Teplo-NT) Maxim Kamaev received a call on Friday, July 8, from an officer of the Economic Crime Department named Torgashev, who suggested meeting for a discussion. However, the meeting was postponed for several days, citing various reasons.
On Friday, July 15, around 11 am, Torgashov called Kamaev and asked about his current location. Kamaev stated that he was in the office at 45 Gazetnaya Street and agreed to the officer's request to step outside without hesitation.
At the entrance to the office, there were people in masks who suddenly emerged with commands such as 'Hands behind your head!' and 'Lie down on the ground, police.' Kamaev made no attempt to resist, knowing the aggressive tendencies of the authorities in uniform.
He was thrown into the car and subjected to physical assault with fists and special equipment. The assault lasted 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, they demanded that he confess to arson or reveal the arsonists' identities. The fact is that Maxim Kamaev had not been summoned for questioning, did not have a defined role in the case, and had not received any police summons.
Only on Thursday, July 14, an individual claiming to be a police trainee appeared in Maxim Kamaev's neighborhood. He inquired about Kamaev's frequent visits and at the same time shared the story of the car arson in an inconspicuous manner.
After a prolonged assault inside the riot police car, the officers transported the detainee to the 16th police department on Ostrovsky Street. At the entrance, he was photographed, filmed, his leg dimensions were determined, and then he was taken to the office on the third floor. They confiscated Kamaev's phone and car keys but did not permit him to contact his lawyer, stating that no investigative actions were underway and his detainee status was undetermined. The police stated: you can speak with your wife, just don't disclose your location.
Then Maksim was taken to another office, where the head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Rasim Mallaev, spoke to him. For an hour the conversation was about nothing – the policeman shared his observations on how their management company works on the house. He offered to confess to arson, or to indicate the names of the arsonists.
Then Torgashev appeared. When he saw what condition Kamaev was in, he simply shook. He invited the victim of police brutality to go outside for a smoke. On the street, Torgashev said that this should not have happened, and so on – about everything and nothing. I was interested in waiting for a complaint from him, and whether there are any complaints against the employees.
Torgashev openly stated that if there was no confession of arson, then organizations along the lines of the Economic Crime Control Department would be destroyed.
Maxim Kamaev was kept in OP No. 16 until three o’clock, the beaten man was taken to his offices, they promised that if he did not confess to arson, then the beating with the help of riot police would seem like a fairy tale. At the same time, there was not even a poll, and not a single piece of paper was signed.
Torgashev, realizing the extent of the beating Kamaev, drove him to the office at Gazetnaya, 45. Then the relatives took the victim of police atrocities to the traumatology department on Lipovy Trakt, where beatings were recorded. and evidence of where and how it happened. According to the doctors, there was a threat of pulmonary edema, as a result of a severe contusion of the chest, multiple hematomas, cracks in the ribs, a closed craniocerebral injury were found (Kuznetsky was diagnosed and given a referral for hospitalization).
In the evening, Kamaev did not dare to leave his wife with young children alone – what next step will the sadists in uniform take? At the moment, the director of the management company “UralGazSpetsstroy” is on sick leave.
Of course, we understand that the case is under the personal control of Abdulkadyrov, but we doubt very much that he is aware of the methods used in the “investigation”. Of course, today, the employees of OP 16 answer the correspondents that he resisted and they were slandered as usual. Therefore, some publishers refuse to publish this news.
