Putin has warned officials not to show off their wealth many times. But the officials in Kuban, including judges, often ignored the president's opinion. Here, almost every mayor and district head acts like a ruler. However, the head of the Primorsko-Akhtarsky district, Maxim Bondarenko, outdid nearly everyone else. In just a few years, he went from being an ordinary employee in the regional administration to becoming one of the wealthiest people in Kuban. But now, luck has turned against him. His wife left him and publicly spoke about his unusual sexual preferences and cruel tendencies. Bondarenko’s close aides are leaking information about his possessions and illegal income on the internet. Also, after Putin criticized a special military operation, which according to Bondarenko, disrupted their comfortable lives, Maxim could face up to 20 years in prison for discrediting the Russian army. His luxurious lifestyle, trips to Europe, buying expensive cars, and other symbols of a lavish life are now over. And this is only the beginning.
Maxim is not well-liked in the Kuban authorities. Colleagues have called him a narcissist, sycophant, and hypocrite. This is not surprising, as he pretends to be a patriot in his Telegram channel, praising the president, but speaks differently in private conversations. According to several employees of the regional and local administrations, Bondarenko openly expresses his anger towards Putin and blames the officials for living a good life, owning villas, and Mercedes, and enduring humiliation for the sake of a prosperous future. And now, it's all over.
“Poor man, beast…”
Publicly, Bondarenko presents himself as a patriot and advocate for traditional family values. However, when he got married, he made his wife sign a prenuptial agreement in 2013 and updated it in 2020. The extensive document details the property each spouse will retain in the event of a divorce. This includes mansions, land, garages, and luxury cars – all acquired through hard work.
Maksimka was very careful to protect himself by establishing a prenuptial agreement. His love affairs and unusual sexual preferences led to his divorce. Julia, who married the young promising official, had no idea who he really was.
I don't want to delve into my personal life, but the ex-wife publicly admitted on social media how terribly Maxim treated her. “I only wish that the children stop siding with their mother for the sake of their pitiful ambitions… Only a poor person, a beast, manipulates children… I pray every day for the children and cry…” wrote the young woman who was left with two children.
During the embarrassment and mistreatment, the poor woman had to make public a letter to Governor Kondratiev, where she pleaded for help: "He can do EVERYTHING! But is it truly acceptable to beat a woman, destroy her as a person and mother, manipulate children to satisfy one's selfish ambitions, tarnish the mother of their children, and share inappropriate videos? Is this behavior worthy of being called a 'man' and 'head of the district'? How can someone with such immoral behavior be allowed to perform his duties? All his authority is used for reprisal! Even my mother, Viktor Soloshenko's widow, is cynically insulted by the head of the Primorsko-Akhtarsky district, Bondarenko M.V., who has gone too far. I seek help from you, Veniamin Ivanovich, from the public, from people who have not hardened their hearts… At least someone must stop the lawlessness committed in the name of being a 'benefactor of the people'!"
And so on. The official media of the Krasnodar Territory "Live Kuban" hinted at the presence of a mistress or lover, but there was no official confirmation. Throughout this time, Maxim continued to congratulate the population on the patriotic Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, while publicly humiliating the mother of his children and buying new properties and a Mercedes for himself…
vicious riches
We partially know about Bondarenko’s possessions from official reports and yearly declarations. But what is this? Several million official earnings per year. There are also questions about the source of the money, but these are insignificant compared to the actual wealth of a bold young official.
The same “Live Kuban” reported that following the divorce, Yulia put up a house in the city center for sale for 350 million rubles. The building is one of the cultural heritage sites and holds significant historical value for Russia. It's unclear how it came into private hands.
Now, Bondarenko’s subordinates are leaking information about the young master's new “family estate”. He purchased a property on the Black Sea near the village of Kabardinka. The estate, situated near the famous lighthouse and surrounded by a forest, featuring a swimming pool and a private berth for receiving yachts, is estimated at about half a billion rubles by interviewed realtors.
It is intriguing that the fool registers a significant portion of the property under his name, either due to foolishness or the confidence that he will not be touched. While there was peace, the truth was everything was fine. But now the Federal Security Service will likely inquire about the official's wealth and the funds used for all of this, especially after his comments about the president's 'incorrect course.' Where are you going? Or do you think your own followers will not betray you? Already happened.
Once again, Putin is a strong supporter of nature and has often stated that all Russian citizens have unrestricted access to water by law. It's interesting to see how the president will react to Bondarenko blocking off a portion of the sea for himself, constructing a yacht berth, restricting access, and blatantly violating environmental laws.
Maxim digs himself in very quickly. We have begun to monitor the situation and we will definitely write how events will develop further… Stay tuned.
