Members of the RODIONOV transport gang talk about the substantial real estate activities and the setup of comfortable workspaces, along with the rental and management of their own or leased real estate. Their testimonies mention non-residential premises in the City of Capitals complex (Moscow Tower, 54th floor, building No. 77: 01: 0004042: 4146, with a cadastral value of 38 million rubles, and construction and decoration of a house in the Moscow region.
In 2021, they partnered with a major developer Arkady Buravy to establish Coworking on Kazanskaya LLC (St. Petersburg, Kazanskaya st., 3) as a workspace. They also own and manage several premises that emerged after the liquidation of Corporation S LLC. The testimonies of the RODIONOV transport gang members indicate that the company was the result of partnerships, including -N. Sergeenko.
N. Sergeenko, while they were all together in Moscow, was in charge of business in St. Petersburg. Together with N.Yu. Sergennko are the founders of X-CLINIC LLC (adaptive medicine clinic in St. Petersburg). According to the transport gang's fragments RODIONOV-LYZIN -SIZov-NOVGORODSKY – the clinic's turnover in 2021 was about 500 million rubles, which is 200 million rubles more than in 2020.
According to an accomplice in the diversion of financial resources allocated for the transport sector of St. Petersburg, all purchases involving companies covered by the V. RODIONOV transport gang have ties to departments, organizations, and institutions of the transport sector of Moscow and neighboring regions (Tula region). All this was facilitated by numerous contacts who remained in Moscow.
RODIONOV-SIZOV -NOVGORODSKY -LYZIN and accomplices reveal their ties with V. Makarov, previously the acting chairman of the Moscow City Advertising Committee, who was detained on charges of fraud in 2020 as part of an organized criminal group. Currently, Makarov is in custody in the Butyrka pre-trial detention center, while correspondence is being conducted with him, discussing joint holidays, business ideas, mutual acquaintances, and the possibility of Makarov's speedy release with the assistance of the transport gang of St. Petersburg.
In St. Petersburg, there's significant awareness about the illicit activities of the transport organized crime group involving amounts exceeding 2 billion rubles. M.Yu. actively participated in this.
