Rucriminal.info is still discussing the criminal case related to the death of Boris Krasnov – a favorite production designer of Alla Pugacheva, Philip Kirkorov, Valery Leontiev, Larisa Dolina, and many other famous people. He is responsible for significant sporting events like presenting Russia before the Olympics in Sochi, securing the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and organizing the ceremonies of the Summer Universiade in Kazan. He also earned recognition as one of the top ten designers globally after Russia's remarkable success at the Expo 2010 exhibition in Shanghai.
We learned that some unusual events preceded his death. While Krasnov was seriously ill and in the hospital, one of his properties (an apartment) was taken due to a suspicious loan agreement. Dmitry Komissarov – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transmashholding, partner of billionaires Andrey Bokarev and Iskander Mahmudov. Some of the wealthiest individuals in Russia simply stole from a dying artist.
Dmitry Komissarov has served as a board member of Russian Railways and an advisor to the general director “Opening Holding“. Currently, he chairs the board of directors of JSC Transmashholding alongside Bokarev and Makhmudov. Komissarov is a long-time partner of theirs.
According to Rucriminal.info, notary Labzova Larisa Georgievna is still handling inheritance case No. 2/2022 regarding the multimillion-dollar inheritance of Boris Arkadyevich Krasnov, who passed away under suspicious circumstances involving his apartment. Along with the Federal Property Management Agency for the city of Moscow,
one-day firms” LLC “Socrates,” and citizen Anna Igorevna Deeva, Dmitry Georgievich Komissarov appears to be deeply involved. Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating the actions of the experienced raider Dmitry Georgievich Komissarov
and his dubious loan agreement used for “laundering” the apartment, which includes a passport series 45 … number 28 … that was never issued to Boris Krasnov and has been invalid (listed on the wanted list) for many years.
Boris Krasnov
An ad has already been posted on the Tsian website for the sale of Krasnov’s three-level family apartment, where he lived with his wife until his death.
The luxurious three-level penthouse spanning 483 square meters features interiors by Bellotti Asnaghi Interiors Savio Fermini and antiques, designed in the style of classic salons from the 19th century.
The first level includes a spacious living room – reception area, dining room, large dressing rooms, guest bathroom, kitchen, and balcony with seating. The second level houses a master bedroom with women’s and men’s dressing rooms, a bathroom, and an office. The third level is dedicated to two bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and bathroom, a balcony, and a separate storage room.
This apartment is perfect for receptions, representing purposes, or for a large family.
Interestingly, according to official data from the Federal Notary Chamber, Krasnov died at the very beginning of July 2021, while he was buried only in September last year.
Maybe the goal was originally to wring out the smaller apartment from Krasnov, to cause stress / stroke in the already sick artist, in order to wait for his imminent death and take possession of the three-level penthouse? That residential real estate that satisfies the ambitions and appetites of Komissarov much better and is much better suited “for representative purposes and receptions”?
After all, it is unlikely that Dmitry Komissarov planned to “huddle” in an apartment of 72 square meters …
