Irish UFC fighter Conor McGregor is interested in buying the London football club Chelsea.
McGregor announced this on his Twitter page after businessman Roman Abramovich announced the sale of the club. He posted a screenshot of the correspondence discussing the purchase of the club.
Chelsea are on sale for £3bn. Let’s buy it,” McGregor wrote.
Later, he posted a video in which animated characters of the athlete himself and Abramovich discuss the sale of the club.

The Chelsea deal is expected to be between £2bn and £4bn. At the same time, the British edition of the Daily Mail noted that McGregor does not have such a fortune.
