We have already written about the fact that equity holders of the Laikovo residential complex are worried that they will not be able to get their apartments by spring. Already on April 11, three years given by federal law for the completion of the facility will expire. At the same time, people see that many houses do not even have finished brickwork. Moreover, the deceived equity holders claim that the actual construction is not going on.
It is noteworthy that the representatives of the authorities are silent so far. Although the same governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, promised 1,000 workers who would complete the construction of the Laikovo residential complex on time. However, the problems hit not only the equity holders of this residential complex. Urban Group promised to put many long-term construction projects in order, but every year they allocate money, but there is no result. One gets the impression that it is beneficial to someone.
WILL MONEY SOLVE ALL PROBLEMS
From the bankrupt Urban Group in the Moscow region, the residential complexes Mitino 02, Lesoberezhny, Opalikha 03 and others remained unfinished. At the moment, the completion of all construction projects of the group is estimated at 71 billion rubles. The state is also forced to allocate this money, and the developers Alexander Dolgin and Andrey Puchkov, who deceived people, quietly fled the country. At the same time, the Urban Group began to complete the construction of many objects together with the SU-155 holding. She took on the facilities in 2016, agreeing to spend 5.3 billion rubles on them, as well as allocate another 3.5 billion to pay off tax debts and loan obligations. And the Ministry of Construction announced that it would allocate 15 billion rubles for all the long-term construction of the SU-155.
In 2018, Andrei Vorobyov promised to allocate money for the Laikovo residential complex and others. Also, 7.8 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget. However, this money was not enough, because residential complexes are problematic not only in terms of financing, but also in terms of construction.
