Akhmetov will go to the international court if the National Security and Defense Council declares him an oligarch
The largest Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov said that he does not consider himself an oligarch and if the National Security and Defense Council gives him such a status, he will apply to the international court.
Akhmetov said this in an interview with NV.
“I have already commented on my attitude to this law: I do not consider myself an oligarch. I am an investor, and SCM Group is the largest taxpayer and employer in Ukraine. And, if necessary, I am ready to defend my name in Ukrainian and international courts,” Akhmetov said.
Commenting on his possible meetings with President Volodymyr Zelensky, he said that “I have never asked for such meetings and never asks.”
